Here at the
Ranch our customers do come first, we want our
customers to be fully satisfied by offering a 100%
guarantee on our “Craftsmanship”. Which means is
that at anytime our products disfigure or break
because of “Craftsmanship”, we will replace the item
promptly or we will give your money back!
Shipping / Return
Policy
All Orders
are professionally packed here at the “Ranch” and
shipped via freight truck or FedEx. Please inspect
all items for damage before delivery driver leaves.
If there is damage to the item please have shipper
note this, refuse the shipment, and contact Gun
Barrel Ranch. We will replace any item damaged
during shipping. Please call Gun Barrel Ranch at
1-903-391-4085 before returning any shipments.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery due to the
time to that it takes creating your custom
piece.
Shipping Charges Are Extra
and are not included in the internet price. Since most
orders are custom made, we require payment upfront.
Shipping charges will be billed separately. Please
contact us for a quote of the shipping charges for the
items you are purchasing. Items may be picked up at our
Dallas, Texas location free of charge.
All wholesale purchases please
contact us for shipping rates.
Return items will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
All return products must have a prior
“Authorization” from Gun Barrel Ranch and must
returned in a saleable condition. All return
shipping must be paid by the customer and must be
insured by the amount of the “sale price”.
